What the listing says- Chettinad Masala that doesn't skip the kalpasi (stone flower) - bold, peppery and layered, with the earthy depth that separates real Chettinad from generic curry powder.
- Made of dried red chilli, Byadgi chilli, black peppercorn, coriander, fennel, cumin, star anise, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, fenugreek, poppy seed, marathi moggu (kapok buds), stone flower (kalpasi) and curry leaf.
- Use about 3 tbsp per 1.5kg of meat; works with mutton, paneer, mushroom and potato.
- No fillers, no preservatives, no artificial colour and no MSG.
